Interview w/ Coach Dale Interviewer: “So, what started your love for football?” Coach Dale: “My love for football started when I was a kid, I played football at the age of 10 and played all the way through high school.” Interviewer: “How long have you been coaching football?” Coach Dale: “I have been coaching football for 15 years.” Interviewer: “Did you play football as a child?” Coach Dale: “Yes, I played youth ball and high school football.” Interviewer: “Does it feel good to be a reigning undefeated 3peat champion team?” Coach Dale: “Yes, it feels great, we’ve had a great group of kids for four years and most of them have gone on to high school and it’s fun to see them play.” Interviewer: “Is the team amped and ready to be a QUAD FEED?” Coach Dale: “I think so, I think their ready.” Interviewer: “What makes your coaching staff stand out from other coaching staffs?” Coach Dale: “Our coaching staff is best because, we’ve all coached together for a very long time and we all work well together.”
Interviewer: “What are some of the highlights in coaching middle school football?” Coach Dale: “I think the highlight of coaching middle school football is getting to know all of the players we have and the relationships we built with the players.”
Interviewer: “What are some of the challenges in coaching middle school football?” Coach Dale: “Challenges in coaching middle school football would be the number of players we have and getting to know all of them.”
Interviewer: “Does parent involvement play a big role in the success of your team?” Coach Dale: “Absolutely, most definitely, you have to have parent involvement to have a successful program.”
